Wireless 911

 

Wireless 911 provides 911 centers with the ability to receive the phone number (Phase 1) and Location (Phase 2) 911 calls made from wireless devices such as cellular phones. If you have a cellular phone from one of the providers we list as Phase 2, you will need to make sure your phone is equipped with a GPS chip in order for 911 to be able to locate you in an emergency. If you have a Suncom (Triton) phone, all phones currently in use are capable of showing your location.
