Book Fair and Grand Events

Friday, October 23rd - Thursday, October 29th: Encourage your child's love of literacy! Students will visit the Book Fair with their homeroom teachers throughout that week. Parents are also welcome to drop by during the school day to shop (please make sure to check in at the main office). Payment can be made in Cash, check (made out to HCES), or Card - Midtown Reader gift cards are not accepted.

Grandpeople are invited to share lunch and shop the Book Fair on October 27th & 28th. Please read the info below carefully and register here.

Schedule:
Tuesday, October 27th, 11:00am-11:45am: 1st and 2nd grade
Tuesday, October 27th, 11:45am-12:30pm: 3rd and 4th grade
Wednesday, October 28th, 11:00am-11:45am: Kindergarten
Wednesday, October 28th, 11:45am-12:15pm: PK4 and 5th grade
Wednesday, October 28th, 12:00pm-12:30pm: PK3
Wednesday, October 28th, 12:20pm-12:50pm: Middle School
Please bring a brown bag lunch and enjoy spending time with your little one at the Book Fair. When you arrive on campus, please check in at the Bell Tower. Our staff will bring children to the Bell Tower to meet their grands.
If you have children in multiple grades, Grands may choose which day they'd like to attend and bring all children together OR come multiple days
Middle School students will not be released from class until 12:20 PM
IMPORTANT: Please email your child's teacher that they will be participating in the Book Fair Grand Lunch.
