Welcome to the Holy Comforter Athletic Booster Club Page and the 2020-2021 Athletic Year!

The HCES Booster Club’s role is to provide support and promotion of the 14 middle school sports teams, which includes junior varsity and varsity team sports, as well as intramural teams for skills development for our lower school students to prepare them for participation in middle school team sports.
Opportunities to provide support can be done through volunteering, as well as through both personal and corporate sponsorships. This year promises to be an exciting one regarding fundraising activities, which are currently being planned for both the fall and spring semesters including the Fall Festival, an alumni gathering and game, and more. The much needed financial support as a contributor to the HCES Booster Club provides the means and resources necessary to field the various teams and the required equipment, uniforms, and facility improvements.

Thanks to the returning sponsors who have so generously contributed in the past and have made a difference  and welcome, new families and sponsors, as your contributions will only add to our continued success. I look forward to working with all of you in making this year a banner year for HCES athletics.  We need to continue the proud tradition and success of Holy Comforter Athletics.

If interested in providing support either through a personal or corporate sponsorship, or through numerous volunteer opportunities, please feel free to contact me.  Your support is greatly needed and appreciated by the Club and the student athletes!  Again, looking forward to a great year and in working with all of you.

Go Crusaders!!

Golf Tournament

The 14th annual Thielen+ Tax and Business Consulting Crusader Cup was held on Friday, October 23rd, 2020 at Southwood Golf Club.

On behalf of the HCES Athletic Department, I would like to thank all of the participants and sponsors of the 14th Annual Thielen+ Crusader Cup Golf Tournament. It was a perfect day for golf and we appreciate our hosts at Southwood Golf Club for ordering up some great weather. There was lots of fellowship, plenty of fun, and some good ole fashioned trash-talking. All proceeds from the event directly support HCES athletics, enabling us to purchase equipment and uniforms, as well as attract quality coaches as we continually strive to improve our athletic program. This year’s event will provide more than $17,000 in benefit to student-athletes at Holy Comforter. Thank you again for joining us, and we hope to see you next year for the 15th installment of The Crusader Cup.
