Amy Wells

Amy Wells is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience at Chick-fil-A’s corporate office in Atlanta. A graduate of Auburn University, Amy majored in Communications with a minor in Marketing. Throughout her career, she has held diverse roles within Marketing, including Brand Strategy, Advertising & Media, Product Development, and Marketing Consulting—helping local franchise Operators grow their businesses through strategic marketing investments.
For the past two years, Amy has served in Chick-fil-A’s Restaurant Development group, where she focuses on Strategic Planning and innovation portfolio management for the Design team, contributing to the real estate, design, and construction of restaurants. Her work is driven by a passion for solving complex problems, stewarding high-performing teams, and keeping sight of the bigger picture.

Amy has worked remotely from Tallahassee for the past six years, where she lives with her husband of 15 years, Clayton Wells, owner of Sperry Construction—a third-generation family business serving the Tallahassee community for over 50 years. Together, they have three boys, Holland, Wyatt, and Thomas, who attend Holy Comforter School. The Wells family is active in City Church and, when not at work or school, can usually be found on a ball field, enjoying sports and time together!
