The Cafe and Pepi Lunch Program

Holy Comforter partners with Pepi Food Service, a family-owned company based in Dothan, Alabama. Pepi has been serving schools and communities across South Georgia, North Florida, and South Alabama for more than 40 years, and we look forward to working with them to provide quality meal service for our students. 

On this page, you will find all you need to learn about our lunch program, including links to menus, frequently asked questions, pricing, ways to create your account and more.
You will need to create a LunchTime account for your student. It is a safe, secure, and convenient way for parents or guardians of students to manage school payments. You will have the opportunity to track
purchases, create reminders, and set up automatic payments. The automatic payment portion is ready for you to set up your account and view daily transactions.

Create Your Account
  • Visit www.schoolpaymentportal.com or via the LunchTime App.
  • Click Parent Login and then select Create Account.
  • After creating your account, return to the main page and log in using Parent Login.
  • Enter your login credentials and select Sign In.
  • Click Add Student.
  • Enter Holy Comforter Episcopal School's ZIP code: 32308.
  • Select Holy Comforter Episcopal School from the list.
  • Enter your student's information and click Continue.
  • Verify the information and select Add Student.
  • Repeat these steps for each student.
Making Lunch Deposits
  • Click Make Cafeteria Deposit.
  • Enter the amount you wish to deposit for each student.
  • Click Continue.
  • Follow the prompts to complete payment setup.
Please allow approximately 48 hours for transactions to process.

    • Entree, 1 side & drink: $6.50
    • Entree, 2 sides & drink: $7.25
    • A la carte entree: $4.25
    • A la carte side: $2.50
    • Dessert: $2.50
    Lower school drinks include milk and small water.

  • 6th-8th Grade Options

    • Entree, 1 side & drink: $8.25
    • Entree, 2 sides & drink: $9.00
    • A la carte entree: $5.25
    • A la carte side: $3.00
    • Dessert: $3.50
    Middle school drinks include a canned drink or large water.
