Capital Campaign

Celebrating 70 years of excellence

Capital campaigns are fundraising efforts that allow us to make necessary additions and upgrades to our beautiful campus.  The 70th Anniversary Capital Campaign will honor our upcoming 70th anniversary - a nod to past donors and a plan for the future of our school. This Capital Campaign will offer new naming opportunities to support the new 8-lane collegiate track, and stormwater management infrastructure needed to complete the project, as well as The Commons - a building used by every child, every day for lunch and performing arts classes and performances. The new “Gallegos Track” will be an exceptional addition to HCES and the Tallahassee community.

Leave Your Mark

There are many naming opportunities across campus including buildings, columns, classroom plaques, outdoor chapel pews, athletic facilities and more. The newest addition to our perpetual naming opportunities at HCES is Bell Tower Wall. The Bell Tower image, created using over 4000 images from 70 years of HCES history, now adorns the entryway to The Commons. On either side of the Bell Tower are plaques available for purchase - one can honor their children, their family, a teacher or an alumni of HCES.

We are so blessed to be a part of the culmination of building this beautiful campus that began over 25 years ago and to celebrate our rich 70 year history. Please join us as thousands have done before you as we build a school for this generation and the next. We invite you to play your part.

This past Spring, HCES partnered with Gulf Winds Track Club for the Springtime Tallahassee races and will do so again in 2025. A portion of the proceeds from those races were directed to support the 70th Anniversary Capital Campaign. Jerry McDaniel, a grandparent of HCES and the president of GWTC shared his thoughts on the new project.

Gulf Winds Track Club is excited about the prospect of re-gaining access to a new track facility in Tallahassee, in partnership with Holy Comforter Episcopal School! Historically, an accessible track has allowed many of our members and children to be introduced to a track environment for the first time as well as excel in meeting their individual health and fitness goals. A wonderful and welcome opportunity for our club and the community at large!
Holy Comforter Episcopal School is a top-rated private, Episcopal, coed school for PreK-8th Grade students located in Tallahassee, Florida.
