Immunization Updates for 2016-17
Up-to-date immunizations are required by Florida law for school attendance and immunization records must be on file before the first day of school, August 16, 2016.

- Students entering kindergarten through seventh grade are now required to have 2 doses of Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine or proof of the disease in addition to the other required immunizations.
- Students entering seventh grade are required to have a Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis) booster vaccine.
If you have any questions about your child’s immunization record, please call or email me at 383-1007 or tzorn@holy-comforter.org; or check with your child’s primary care provider. Records may be emailed to my address or dropped off in the front office.
