As we begin our Winter Sports Season, the HCES Athletic Department would like to provide you with information regarding Soccer, Basketball, and Cheerleading. Sign Ups have been available the past two weeks, and there is still time to join!
Below are a few key dates, times, and locations for the upcoming WinterSeason:
Boys & Girls Soccer:
Begins: October 17th 3:15 - 5:00
Location: Soccer Fields (Pick-up is at the Bell Tower)
Equipment Needed: Shin Guards, Water Bottle, Athletic Attire/Cleats
Soccer Parent Meeting will be held on the Soccer Field on Friday, October 21st at 5:00 PM
Boys & Girls Basketball:
Begins: October 24th 3:15 - 5:00
Location: HCES Student Center (Pick up is at the Bell Tower)
Equipment Needed: Water Bottle, Appropriate Basketball Attire (athletic shirt/shorts, shoes)
Basketball Parent Meeting will be held in the Student Center on Thursday, October 27th at 5:00 PM
Cheerleading:
Begins: October 24th 3:15 - 4:30
Location: Student Center (Pick-up is at the Bell Tower)
Equipment Needed: Water Bottle, Athletic Attire/Shoes
Cheer Parent Meeting will be held in the Student Center Lobby on Monday, October 24th at 4:30 PM
In order to participate in athletics, students are required to have the following forms turned in to either the Middle School or Athletic offices prior to the first practice: EL2 Physical, EL3 Consent*. Forms may be downloaded from the Holy Comforter website under
Parent Downloads.
*These forms have been updated. If you have already turned in a previous version, it will still be accepted. There is no need to resubmit the updated version. Only one EL2/EL3 is necessary per calendar year.
