  • Please remember to display your family I.D. tag at dismissal so that it may be read easily by adults on duty in the pick-up lines.  If you do not have an I.D. tag, please write your family I.D. number on a piece of paper and hold it up in the window for the staff to see.

  • Please do not park in any pick-up lanes and vacate your car.  If you need to leave your vehicle, please park in the parking lot and walk-in. Stay in your designated lane and continue to pull forward until your student is safely in the car.

  • Pick-up for Grades 2-5 will be in the front of the school in Lanes 1 and 2. Please pull all the way forward to the end of the colonnade/sidewalk closest to the church.

  • Pick-up for Grades PK3-1st will be at cul-de-sac at the rear of the school. Parents should pull around the circular drive to the awning and staff will load your student into your car. Please remain in your car and do not walk across the circular drive.

  • Middle school families should utilize Lanes 3 & 4 for pick-up and are strongly discouraged from arriving on campus too early. To help traffic flow smoothly we ask that you please not “wait” in the lower school lanes (Lanes 1 & 2) to pick up your middle school student(s). Please arrive as late as possible (3:05-3:10 pm) in order to allow the lower school traffic to subside. When pick up for lower school has been completed, Lanes 1 & 2 will open for middle school and traffic will be directed by Mr. White.
  • Siblings with different pick-up times:
If you have students in PK3 - 1st with pick-up in back at the cul-de-sac on the side driveway, we suggest you pick up the younger child first and then pull to the front of the school to pick up your student(s) in 2nd – 8th grade. Older students who have siblings in grades 2-5 should meet their youngest sibling at the designated location to accommodate one pick up.

  • Students not picked up by the scheduled pick-up time (PK3-5th – 3:05) or (6th-8th – 3:15) will be sent to the Omega Program and will be charged the occasional use rate of $25 per day, per family.
