Ready, Set, Bid!

• Register now. In the top right corner, click the “Register” button. Once you have entered your information, click the "Shop Items" tab in the top left corner to find a select group of auction items on which you can pre-bid.
• Ready to place a bid? To place a bid, click on the desired item and click "Submit Bid." You may also choose to set a maximum bid for any item, which will allow the system to bid for you until the maximum bid is reached.
• Looking for our Teacher Experiences? Click on "Shop Items" and then Select “Fixed Price Items” on the bottom left under other Auction Types. Click on the desired item and select “Buy Now” or click "Shop Items" and then select “Silent Auction Items."
• Tuition Giveaway, you say?! To purchase your raffle ticket for the ever popular, Tuition Giveaway, click on "Shop Items" and then Select “Fixed Price Items." Click on the desired item, 
  "Tuition Giveaway" and select “Buy Now." Only currently enrolled students who will be returning next school year are eligible and the winning ticket is non-transferable. Each ticket is $25.00 or 5 tickets for $100.00.
• Black and White Portraits - Back by popular demand are the HCES gala portraits! HCES parent and professional photographer, Jennifer Powell, photographed each and every HCES student which are available for purchase. This 8x10 black and white portrait of your child can be purchased for $25.00 (each) under the "Fixed Price Items."

When does the online bidding stop? If you are not attending Gala, you will be able to bid on the select items listed until 11:59 pm EST on Thursday, March 2nd. Attendees will be able to bid during Gala, so if you are not able to attend, place your maximum bid on Thursday!
