Homecoming Week: September 29 - October 3
Celebrate 70 years with a fall spirit week including dress-up days, the Lower School cheer clinic, and 50's fun!
Monday: HCES Throwback - Wear an event t-shirt from years gone by with uniform bottoms! Think fall festival, powderpuff, cheer clinic, and more!
Tuesday: "Holy Comfortable" - Come in your favorite "comfortable" clothes
Wednesday: Decades Day - HCES was founded in 1955, dress like your favorite decade from the 50's on! 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's
Thursday: Crusader Spirit Day - Deck out in your red, white, and blue spirit gear! And come out to the Track blessing and cheer on our Crusaders!
Friday: Founder's Day - A special Founder's Day shirt with uniform bottoms
Gallegos Track Blessing: October 2
Join us on October 2nd for the blessing of the Gallegos Track at 5:30 pm in the Crusader Bowl. Following the blessing, please join us in cheering on the Crusaders football team vs. Aucilla Christian. Kick-off at 6:00 pm!
Founder's Day Chapel: October 3
Join us on October 3rd for a morning of festive celebration in the courtyard at 9:30 am. Our entire Holy Comforter family is invited - from students and current families to alumni, alumni parents, retired faculty and more to a traditional Holy Comforter chapel service honoring 70 years. Special guest speakers will share about our history, and a reception will follow with light bites and coffee.
FLIK dining will also have special themed meals this week!
Tuesday: Celebrate "Holy Comfortable" Day with breakfast for lunch!
Wednesday: We are visiting the 1980s for Decades Day!
Thursday: HCES Spirit Day will be celebrated with fresh blueberry and strawberry cups with whipped cream, a sweet treat!
Friday: Happy 70th Birthday HCES! Join us for birthday cake!
