Middle School Fall Conference Day
Who: Parents and students (we encourage you to bring your middle school student to the conference)
When/Where: Monday, November 3rd, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.; Student Center.
Format: Each Middle School core subject area teacher will have a table along the perimeter of the Student Center to conduct conferences. There are no scheduled appointments; you may meet with as many or as few of your child’s teachers as you like, in any order you wish.
Please note - while all core subject area teachers are available, many of them teach multiple grade levels and a large number of students. We suggest choosing 3-4 teachers with whom to meet on Conference Day. If you would like to meet with all of your child’s teachers, please anticipate spending approximately 2 hours on campus, or email to set up a separate conference day/time.

- It is likely other parents will be waiting to meet with teachers as well, so individual conferences are limited to a maximum of 10 minutes. If you need to meet with a teacher for a longer period of time, you may certainly make an appointment to meet with that teacher on another day.
- If you would like to speak with the following elective teachers who are not available on the 3rd, please email them to set up an alternative conference time: Mrs. Hale (MS Art), Mr. Nathan (School of Rock) Mr. Long (Guitar, Reel History), Mr. Williams (Woodworking) and Mrs. Ogden (Opening Night)
