Message from Nurse Oates
Medication Reminder:
Parents will need to sign a form permitting their student to receive daily medication. The medication will need to be given to the school nurse by a parent/guardian in its original container (prescription bottle). Only FDA-approved medications will be administered by the school. At no time are students allowed to self-medicate or possess medications on school property or at school activities except medically necessary inhalers, which must be registered with the school nurse. Contact the Gabbi Oates, HCES Nurse at goates@hces.org or nurse@hces.org with any questions. Forms are available in either office or may be downloaded from the school website.

The clinic's direct number is 850-205-3088. Parents, please add the number to your contacts. We have had trouble with the number showing up as spam, and in turn, we are unable to reach parents when a child is sick. If the number is added to contacts, it will come through. Thank you for your help!
