Episcopal Schools Celebration and Fall Festival
Join us this Friday!
Episcopal School Celebration begins at 4:00 PM in the Outdoor Chapel. Celebrate with a special chapel service and a performance by our 5th Grade Choir!
Fall Festival: 4:30-7:00 pm in the Courtyard. Check-in will not open until after the Chapel service is over.
- As one of the most anticipated PA family events of the year, the Fall Festival attracts hundreds of HCES families.
- The event includes a traditional cake walk, games, animals, bounce houses, live music and much more!
- $5 Meal Deal: Pre-purchase your $5 meal deal ticket which includes one entree, chips and drink. (Entree options: hotdog or pizza)
- CAKE WALK! The ever popular Cake Walk needs your help! Please click here to sign up contribute a cake or cupcakes to the Cake Walk.
- Purchase your family pass and meal tickets here. Family passes are $35 in advance or $40 at the door.
- Shirts: Students may wear the Fall Festival shirt to school on Oct. 24th (or another "fall colored" shirt). Shirts will be going home in backpacks on THURSDAY.
The Spirit Store will be open at Fall Festival, located near the art room. Stock up on cool-weather options!
Fall Festival Important Safety Info
ALL STUDENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. Students may NOT be dropped off.
Parking, Check-In and Omega:
- Parking will be tight. Please be patient and respectful to others. We encourage you to carpool with friends. Please do not park in any reserved parking spots.
- Check-in will be at the Bell Tower. Meal tickets and Kona Ice/Momma P's tickets will be given at the check-in table. One treat ticket per child.
- If your child is in Omega, please park first, check in at the Bell Tower, and then walk to pick up your child from the Omega awning (by the outdoor chapel). PLEASE bring your ID or car tag when picking up from Omega. They will be checking to keep all of our students safe.
- Please do not park in the Omega loop. Please do not walk through the Omega gate in the back. Walk around the fence and out of the way of cars picking up children.
- The middle school loop (The Commons Loop) will be locked and closed.
- The check-in table will open at 4:30 PM.
First aid supplies can be accessed in the Library.
Bathrooms will be available in the Student Center, the Library, and the Commons
