Lower School Presidential Physical Fitness

The Presidential Youth Fitness Program will once again be offered this year through the Lower School Physical Education Department by Coach Gonzalez. The program will evaluate aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Students are asked to attend all six sessions from 3:00 - 3:45pm on the following dates:

October 17th
October 19th
January 30th
February 1st
April 3rd
April 5th

If your child is interested in participating, please return the lower portion of this form to the main office by Monday, October 16th. Students should wear athletic clothes and shoes and bring a water bottle.
