Back to School Events and Welcome New Families!
We are thrilled for the start of a new school year and look forward to seeing you back on campus! Please join us in welcoming these new families to the HCES community. We have listed the names and grades of the children so that you may introduce yourself and say hello when you see them on campus!
As a reminder, here is the back-to-school events schedule for the next few days!
Monday, August 8th
- Lower School class lists are posted on building doors and on the HCES website at 4:00 pm. You must be logged in to view class lists on the news feed.
Tuesday, August 9th
- 6th grader locker set-up between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm followed by 6th grade orientation (students only) from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. 6th graders will receive their schedules during orientation
- 7th & 8th grade schedule pick up and locker set up between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm; 7th graders in Smith Hall & 8th graders in the Knight STEM Building
- PK3 - 5th Grade Classroom Visitation - Classrooms, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Welcome Back Ice Cream Social for All Families - HCES Courtyard, 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
