Lecture Series Presents Dr. Norm Thagard

Holy Comforter Episcopal School is proud to present our next Lecture Series guest, Tallahassee's own Dr. Norm Thagard, on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 7:00pm. Dr. Thagard is a former NASA astronaut who flew on 4 Space Shuttle missions, and is the first American to ride to space on board a Russian space vehicle, the Mir. Therefore, he can be considered the first American cosmonaut, as well. Currently, Dr. Thagard is a tenured professor at the FAMU - FSU College of Engineering.

The Lecture Series is free and open to the public. HCES families and students are invited and encouraged to attend.
Middle School students who attend the lecture will receive A DRESS DOWN DAY PASS FOR FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26!
Lower School students who attend will need to sign in at a table in the Student Center lobby. ALL LS STUDENTS WHO ATTEND WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY PACKAGE OF ASTRONAUT ICE CREAM ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26 AT LUNCH!
