Gentle Reminder: Your Child's Safety
Omega Counselors are trained to ask for your identification if they do not recognize you when you pick up your child(ren). To expedite your wait in the pickup line, please display your tag or simply share your number with the counselor. Again, this process is not to create frustration; your child's safety is our number one concern.
