Lower School Presidential Physical Fitness Program
The Presidential Physical Fitness Program will once again be offered this year through the Lower School Physical Education Department by Coach Gonzalez. The program will evaluate aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Please return the attached form to the main office by October 14th if you wish for your child to participate. Students should wear athletic clothes and shoes and bring a water bottle. They should plan to attend all six sessions.
Who: 3rd - 5th Grade Students What: The program is to help students increase aerobic capacity, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. When: Sessions are from 3:00 - 3:45pm on the following dates.

Where: Please check into Omega first and then Coach Gonzalez will gather students to go to the Student Center. Students should be picked up at the Bell Tower at 4:00.
