K - 5th Grade: Interim Reports are Available Online

It is hard to believe, but we are now midway through the second grading period. This marks the time when all parents can view grades by logging in to our school’s website. Kindergarten through third grade parents will need to follow the directions below to access the report. Fourth and fifth grade parents will access grades as usual. Please let me know if I can be of assistance while navigating the website to find the grade information.

1. Sign in to website then click on “My HCES” near the top of the HCES homepage.
2. Locate your child’s name and picture at the top left of your homepage and click on it. This will take you to your child’s page.
3. Locate the "Performance" box below your child's picture on the left side of the page. Click on "Report Cards," click on the grade level appropriate "Interim Report." It will then download in a new page for you to view, save or print.
