HCES Competes at the State Latin Forum

Holy Comforter Episcopal School Latin students competed in the 69th Annual State Latin Forum held in Orlando, April 19-21. HCES finished 2^nd in Overall Sweepstakes, 3^rd in Academics, 2^nd in Creative and 3^rd in Ludi. A special shout out to our 1^st place trophy winners: Parker Bevis, Mercy Crapps, Walt Haber, James Henry Sauls, Eli Strayer, Davis Wagnon, and to Grayson Kasper for placing 3^rd in the talent contest. Congratulations to our students and Latin teachers Leslie Peebles and Mary Lois Mayfield on a job well done! Click here to view the individual scores and results.
