Dear Families and Friends of HCES,

In the fall of 1955, Holy Comforter opened its doors for the first time with 25 kindergarten students and one teacher in the basement of a church parish on Miccosukee Road. Founder Father Frank Pisani established a school that was defined by the pursuit of excellence. Now, over 60 years later, we welcome over 550 students and continue the tradition of a quality education in a Christian environment where we nourish the spirit, challenge the mind, and strengthen the body of each of our students through a balanced program of academics, spiritual development, athletics and the arts.

There is no better way to show your love and support for HCES than to make a meaningful gift to the Crusader Fund. The Crusader Fund “bridges the gap” between tuition and the actual cost of operating our school. All contributions to the Crusader Fund provide classroom enhancements, tuition assistance to those who qualify and help offset basic school operations. Holy Comforter's Crusader Fund goal for the 2017-18 school year is $175,000 and 70% parent participation.

Remember, you can “pledge now and pay later,” make a one-time contribution, schedule monthly payments or it can be paid through SmartTuition. We will accept gifts through June 30, 2018 but hope you will consider participating at this time. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me; I am are happy to help.

Thank you, in advance, for your support of The Crusader Fund and we look forward to an exciting year!

Warmest Regards,

Meghan Wilson
Director of The Crusader Fund and Special Events

The Crusader Fund plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between what tuition revenue provides and the cost of operating a school of our caliber. Your gift to The Crusader Fund will provide resources that will not only enhance the premium education students receive today, but also provide that same level of education for students in future years. The purchase of instructional and classroom technology and equipment, professional development for teachers and staff, and online resources are just a few examples of how your gift will Be the Difference for Holy Comforter students and faculty.
